Bison was founded by The Terry and Kim Pegula Family Office known as East Asset Management in conjunction with operating partner Teton Capital Partners founded by Brad Ball and his team of executives.
As Terry Pegula rose from petroleum engineer to Billionaire Oil and Gas Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Professional Sports Team Owner the family was amazed to see all the products, services, and capabilities that became available to them. Bison seeks to make these family office tools available to Bison clients.

With over 18 years of experience in the financial industry, Aaron brings a blend of wisdom and compassion to his work. He possesses a true heart for teaching and coaching, guiding clients towards informed financial decisions. "What are we trying to solve for?" is a guiding principle in his interactions with clients, emphasizing a solution-oriented approach. He prioritizes building strong relationships of trust while providing expert guidance to individuals, families, and businesses navigating complex financial landscapes.
Married to his wife Julie since 2004, they are blessed with three children and reside in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
Beyond his professional and family life, Aaron is an avid sports enthusiast, relishing the opportunity to coach his kids' sports teams.
