Bison was founded by The Terry and Kim Pegula Family Office known as East Asset Management in conjunction with operating partner Teton Capital Partners founded by Brad Ball and his team of executives.
As Terry Pegula rose from petroleum engineer to Billionaire Oil and Gas Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Professional Sports Team Owner the family was amazed to see all the products, services, and capabilities that became available to them. Bison seeks to make these family office tools available to Bison clients.

Josh Rodriguez earned his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Georgia. With a background in management and client relations, he brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to his work. Josh enjoys problem-solving and implementing processes that enhance efficiency and improve the overall client experience.
He values clear, consistent communication and is passionate about serving others, helping ensure that client relationships are supported with care, responsiveness, and professionalism. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time outdoors, including fly fishing and camping, and has experience working as a fly-fishing guide.
