Bison was founded by The Terry and Kim Pegula Family Office known as East Asset Management in conjunction with operating partner Teton Capital Partners founded by Brad Ball and his team of executives.
As Terry Pegula rose from petroleum engineer to Billionaire Oil and Gas Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Professional Sports Team Owner the family was amazed to see all the products, services, and capabilities that became available to them. Bison seeks to make these family office tools available to Bison clients.

She brings a well-rounded background in estate processing, administrative operations, and client support. She has worked closely with several high-value clients, guiding them through complex estate matters with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Valdosta State University in 2024. Her academic background has strengthened her ability to understand client behavior, communicate effectively, and navigate sensitive situations with empathy—skills that are essential when supporting clients through significant financial and life transitions. Her expertise includes administrative services, trust and business documentation, and managing customer escalations with efficiency and care. She is skilled at resolving complex issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client satisfaction.
