Bison was founded by The Terry and Kim Pegula Family Office known as East Asset Management in conjunction with operating partner Teton Capital Partners founded by Brad Ball and his team of executives.
As Terry Pegula rose from petroleum engineer to Billionaire Oil and Gas Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Professional Sports Team Owner the family was amazed to see all the products, services, and capabilities that became available to them. Bison seeks to make these family office tools available to Bison clients.

Rose Hanson is a dedicated Financial Services Administrator at Bison Wealth Detroit, where she manages the office's day-to-day operations and supports clients with exceptional care. She ensures everything runs smoothly for clients and the firm.
Rose brings years of experience in operations and client service, including supporting high-net-worth investors in wealth management. Before joining Bison Wealth, she managed financial operations for a global venture capital firm, strengthening internal systems and reporting. She also served in operational leadership roles supporting teams of financial advisors and their portfolio management.
Outside of work, Rose is committed to supporting community organizations and mission-driven projects.
